Job Description:
Our client, a leader in property management and maintenance
services, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Caretaker
to join their team. As a Property Caretaker, you will play a vital
role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of multiple
properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and
visitors alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability,
attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align
successfully within the organization. Job Title: Property Caretaker
Location: Rochester, MN Pay Range: $16.37-$20/hour, based on
position Shift: Parttime Dayshift hours, weekend work may be
required, on call as needed What's the Job? Perform cleaning of
common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
Maintain outdoor spaces by weeding, shoveling snow, and ensuring
sidewalks are clear Monitor entry and exit points to keep them free
from debris and hazards Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as
lawn care and weed control Report any maintenance issues or safety
concerns to the Property Manager What's Needed? Must be at least 18
years old Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a
thorough background check Ability to work independently and as part
of a team Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed, including
