Job Description:

you'll perform general maintenance, respond to work orders, and
perform compliance checks. Education Qualifications: 2 years of
classroom training or 2 years of experience in building
maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for general
maintenance in the Essentia Health Spooner Clinic. Provides routine
and preventative maintenance including inspection, general
maintenance and repairs on various systems, such as pressure
boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency
generators, and patient care equipment. Addressing maintenance
tickets that are entered by staff. May provide emergency repairs
and perform additional duties as assigned. Schedule: This position
is 16 hours per week. Hours will primarily be weekday mornings.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Must meet the driving
requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
