Position Summary

This position is for someone who enjoys customer service, is internally motivated, and is comfortable with complexities as well as the ability to work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist account managers with the onboarding and renewal of existing clients
  • Become familiar with our benefits software and plan offerings
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client's needs are met
  • Participate in projects related to knowledge and ability to help provide support to other team members in their job duties as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service support to internal and external customers
  • Answers phone and sends clients and or members to the appropriate support expert.

      • Ability to learn benefits administration or have knowledge of FSA's, HRA's, and HSA's
      • Work a minimum of 20 hours a week with the ability for this to grow in hours seasonally
