$500 Sign-On Bonus. Monday-Friday 40-hour full-time Work Between 7am-3:30pm OR 8:30am-5pm -based out of Burnsville. We are seeking two CNA Office Assistants who desire -an impactful, people-centered career to join our Burnsville Office team! OUr CNA Office Assistants work hand-in-hand with our scheduling team to monitor -scheduling performance evaluations, updating field staff credentials, answering day-to-day scheduling questions by phone, and transferring calls and taking messages to the correct team members. This is a valued member of our team that can go out on an as-needed basis and up to 50% of their working hours to help cover call-off shifts and start new clients within their working hours! This allows us to provide consistent and quality care for our clients. All training and personal protective equipment will be provided so that you can feel confident and safe when you care for your clients. BrightStar Care of St. Paul does not currently mandate the vaccine for employees.       • --- Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's or patient's needs
      • --- Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
      • --- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
      • Work closely with the Scheduling Coordinator and other office staff
      • Assists with the on-call rotation and helps manage after hours call (with additional pay offered)
      • Assist with administrative responsibilities throughout the officeRequirements
        • --- Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is required
        • --- Availability between the hours of 10am-6:30pm (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday
        • Microsoft experience preferred
        • --- High school diploma or GED
        • --- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
        • --- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
        • --- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able and willing to lift up to 50 pounds as needed to work with client transfers and stand-by assists.
