Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Senior
Accounts Payable Representative to join our team on a contract
basis in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. This hybrid position
requires onsite work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, offering the
opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of accounts
payable processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in
financial operations and a commitment to accuracy and organization.
Responsibilities: • Process vendor invoices accurately and
efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal
controls. • Manage procure-to-pay cycles and resolve discrepancies
in a timely manner. • Utilize SAP R/3 and ERP solutions to maintain
financial records and support accounting functions. • Collaborate
with stakeholders, including vendors and business units, to address
inquiries and improve processes. • Perform regular checks to ensure
compliance with submission guidelines and internal standards. •
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency
of accounts payable operations. • Maintain clear communication with
team members and external partners to ensure smooth workflows. •
Support hiring processes and onboarding related to accounts payable
functions, as needed. • Review and reconcile accounts payable
reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Monitor adherence to
company policies while handling financial transactions.• High
School diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree in Accounting,
Finance, or Business Administration preferred. • Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. •
Experience with SAP R/3 and other ERP solutions. • Strong verbal
and written communication skills. • Demonstrated attention to
detail and organizational abilities. • Knowledge of accounts
payable, finance, and general accounting principles. • Preferred
certifications: Accounts Payable Specialist or Certified Accounts
Payable Associate. • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid
environment, with onsite presence required on specific days.
