We have been engaged by an innovative manufacturing client to help them bring on a seasoned Data Analyst. In this Senior Data Analyst position, you will report to the VP of Strategic Operations and be responsible for analyzing data across the organization. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to work with a varied audience while mentoring other analysts on best practices. To be successful in this role, you will need a proven history of producing monthly and quarterly reports, as well as conducting complex data analysis for forecasting trends, ad-hoc reports, and predictive analytics.
Desired Skills and Experience

• 
  
• 7+ years of professional experience paired with a BS in Data Science, Finance, Business Administration; a MS degree is a plus
  
• Ability to help standardize best practices for data analysis, assist with automation, and improve performance and processes
  
• Experience with SQL, Python, R
  
• Strong data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau
  
• Keen attention to detail and an initiative-taking mentality
  
• Background working within a manufacturing or product environment is desirable
