This general contractor and developer is a true design-build provider for the construction industry. All of their projects are negotiated with repeat customers as part of their portfolio. Their current project pipeline consists of projects in the commercial, multi-family, and industrial industries. Our client is a well-established General Contractor/Design Build company in the Minneapolis area. Project Locations: Solid leadership out of top general contractors

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Project Engineer include:
Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
Assign duties to staff to implement project goals, as needed
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution
2+ years of engineering, architectural, construction or project management experience in related markets
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects and teams concurrently. Comfortable learning new software platforms to track and organize project information
- Technical background with understanding of building engineering and commercial projects; prior experience in commercial projects
- Detailed knowledge of resource planning and financial planning
- Proficient experience with management/ accounting software, i.e. Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
- General knowledge of construction principles and practices
